Our OEM/ODM services go far beyond simply applying a logo. Customization covers four major building blocks:

1. Acoustic & Motor Structure:

• Motor Systems: Ferrite (Y30/Y35) or Neodymium (N35–N52) magnets, custom rubber boots, T-yoke/top-plate thickness, and optional copper shorting rings to lower distortion and inductance.
• Voice Coils: Pure copper, CCAW, or aluminum wire; 1Ω, 2Ω, 4Ω, or dual voice coils; KSV, TIL, aluminum, or glassfiber formers.
• Cones & Surrounds: Non-pressed paper, PP, fiberglass, carbon fiber, or aluminum cones; foam, EPDM rubber, or accordion cloth surrounds with UV protection for marine/outdoor applications.
• Spiders: Cotton, NOMEX, or Conex dampers with embedded woven tinsel leads for large excursion reliability.

2. Hardware & Basket Tooling:

Choose from stamped steel, cast aluminum, or shallow-mount cut-edge frames. For custom tooling, we provide transparent cost evaluations. For new brands, using our existing open tooling allows budget to be allocated toward core acoustic upgrades.

3. Private Labeling & Packaging:

Custom branding across dust caps, basket frames, magnet covers, backplates, and terminal blocks, as well as customized color boxes, manuals, and cutout paper templates.

Mode 3: Parameter-Based Acoustic Engineering. Provide target frequency response curves, T/S parameters, power handling, and sensitivity goals, and our acoustic team will design the driver from scratch.

Mode 4: Custom Design Implementation. Share your 2D/3D CAD drawings or engineering specifications. We conduct manufacturability reviews and build functional prototypes for testing.

• Sample lead time is typically 25–45 days depending on customization complexity.
• Samples require an upfront sample fee and freight charge.

Once samples arrive, you can conduct thorough laboratory tests (frequency response, sensitivity, power limits, and vehicle fitment) before approving mass production.

All production follows ISO 9001 quality management standards, including incoming material inspections, online glue dispensing checks, and 100% final acoustic testing.
