Our manufacturing facility covers over 6 acres with a 300-employee workforce, allowing China Future Sound to manufacture 5,000 speakers and 1,000 amplifiers per day. Many members of our executive technical staff have over 20 years’ experience in the audio industry. This large capacity paired with our expert technical knowledge allows us to offer superior products with short production lead time.

Our state-of-the-art facility employs advanced technologies including SMT production, reflow soldering, and rigorous testing to deliver audio solutions that set the industry standard. We have obtained ISO9001-2015 Quality Management System certification, and all processes are strictly controlled in accordance with document regulations.
We use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to manage quantities and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) control for all raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. In the production process, we use KLIPPEL QC combined with golden samples for consistency control. We adopt barcodes and QR codes to control the testing route in the production process and bind test data with the barcode system to ensure product traceability.
Our quality assurance includes multiple inspection links: IQC (Incoming Quality Control) conducts random inspections on all incoming materials, IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspects the mass production process, and FQC (Final Quality Control) inspects finished products. Our Reliability Laboratory conducts regular reliability tests on products according to design requirements.
The company has an R&D team of over 20 people, including an Acoustics Team, an Electronics Team, a Structure Team, and a Software Development Team. The engineers in our team have rich product R&D experience in this industry.
Our Acoustics Team uses finite element simulation software to simulate the magnetic circuit and speaker vibration systems based on product performance requirements. We use KLIPPEL R&D to test samples ensuring they meet designed performance requirements. We conduct short-term destructive power tests and long-term power tests on samples to simulate long-term usage environments and ensure product reliability. We ensure the consistency of performance parameters between mass-produced products and samples through golden sample management.
Our Electronics Team conducts rapid design modeling based on product performance requirements and uses electronic schematic diagrams and design simulation software to simulate system performance. Our Structure Team adopts 3D modeling tools for precise product structure design, combined with 3D printing for rapid prototyping and high-precision CNC (Computer Numerical Control) processing.

Compression Drivers: We manufacture professional compression drivers including the PDH15, PDH19, PDH20, PDH21, PDH22, DT14H, DT15H, TP-75N, PD35N, DT68H, PD02X, and PD03X models with voice coil sizes from 1.3″ to 3.54″, featuring both ferrite and neodymium magnetic circuits with power handling from 80W to 500W RMS.
Full-Range Drivers: Our full-range driver line includes 2.5″, 3″, 3.5″, and 4″ components optimized for various professional applications. Models include the PF25F, PF03F, PF4, PF25N, PF03N, PF03NV, PF03NG1, PF35N, PF35NG1, PF4N, and PF4NG1 series with power ratings from 20W to 80W RMS.
